Since 1988 Bill Beardmore has been a self employed consultant, trainer and coach for management, sales, customer services and related areas. Training is prepared specifically to customer requirements following a needs and objectives analysis. Additionally the development of management and sales teams in the former GDR, Poland and Russia has been a particular area of interest.

Bill works in both English and German and specialises in the behavioural aspects of management and coaching as well as being a facilitator at client events such as those concerned with strategies for the future.

His career in training started in 1984 when Bill moved to a computer software company where he was responsible for all employee and client education in Germany as well as for the technical support organisation and the sale of training and manpower services.

Before moving to Germany in 1969 Bill had studied Business and Languages in the United Kingdom. Management positions in the fields of logistics, production planning and information processing with engineering and consumer goods companies took him from Berlin through Schleswig-Holstein and Bremen, to projects in the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland.

Although he continues to consult in mainland Europe his offices have been in the Highlands of Scotland since the start of the new millennium.
